Emily joined Jack Martin in February of 2019 with over 10 years of experience in customer service. She began with Jack Martin as our front desk receptionist and has since became a licensed Customer Service Representative. She is here to provide support and assistance to our clients and our agents, ensuring that any requirements or challenges are addressed promptly and effectively.

Emily grew up in Southern Maryland and is currently a resident of Arbutus Maryland, where she lives with her long-term partner and their 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in family activities and spending time with friends.
